Return Policy


We offer a 90-day warranty on all electronic products from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults, but is limited to 90 days and does not cover cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, or accidental/liquid damage.

Your warranty does not cover faults resulting from accidents or misuse.

The warranty for these products will be void if there are any signs of obvious external damage or misuse.

If your product is beyond our 90-day warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as most electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Changed Your Mind?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. In this case, the returned product should be sealed in its original packaging and unopened. If the value of the item you wish to return exceeds £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned to us.

Missing Items

If you find any items missing from your order, we strongly advise checking the entire order again and inspecting all corners of the box and packaging materials used. Missing items are typically found in the original packaging.

We must be notified within 3 days of any order errors or shortages.

If you do confirm missing items in your order, a thorough internal investigation will be required. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and disputing with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days to complete the investigation before any replacement items can be dispatched.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive items that are damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will advise you on the next steps as your item may be eligible for replacement or a refund.

Damaged and defective items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team.

If returned items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund based on our assessment.

If there are signs of cosmetic or accidental damage, we may refuse the return and return the item to you.

Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during shipping due to improper packaging. We recommend taking photos before sending the return.

We do not accept returns of clearance products, and our warranty does not apply to these items.

In appropriate cases, we will attempt to repair defective products before reshipping. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Inspecting products and reaching a resolution may take up to 7 days.

If a product is found to be without defects after testing, we reserve the right to reship the product in its original condition.

We strongly recommend inspecting products that third-party customers believe are defective before returning them to us.


If we need to issue a refund for defective, returned, or missing items, our primary option is to provide you with a voucher that you can redeem online on your next order.

Alternatively, we can refund the amount to your original payment account; please note that this process may take up to 5 working days to complete.

Please note that refunds for orders paid via bank transfer will be issued in the form of a gift card only.

Gift card balances must be used within six months from the date of issue.
